• Product Descriptions — We strive to display our jewelry accurately through high-resolution photography and detailed descriptions. Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings.
• Pricing — All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or insurance unless stated.
• Availability — Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
• Custom Orders — Custom and personalized jewelry are made to order and cannot be canceled once production begins.

5. Orders & Payment

• Order Acceptance — Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including pricing errors or suspected fraud.
• Payment Methods — We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and other methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed at the time of order.
• Sales Tax — Applicable sales tax will be added to orders shipped to addresses where we are required to collect tax.
• Order Cancellation — You may cancel an order within 2 hours of placement if it has not been processed. Contact our customer service team immediately.

6. Shipping & Delivery

7. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 60-day return policy on most items. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details. Custom, personalized, and final-sale items are not eligible for return. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

8. Warranty

All Vevessa jewelry comes with a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects. Please see our Warranty Policy for coverage details, exclusions, and how to file a claim. Normal wear and tear, loss, theft, and damage from improper care are not covered.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, designs, product names, and software — is the exclusive property of Vevessa and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
