Our Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects for the lifetime of your jewelry from the date of purchase. We stand behind the quality of every piece we craft.

- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
- Loose or missing stones due to faulty setting (within 30 days of receipt)
- Breakage of prongs, clasps, or hinges under normal wear
- Tarnishing or discoloration caused by manufacturing defects
- Ring resizing - one complimentary resize within 60 days of purchase
Not Covered
- Damage caused by accident, abuse, or improper use
- Loss of center stone due to wear, impact, or inadequate care
- Scratches, dents, or general wear and tear over time
- Damage from exposure to chemicals (chlorine, bleach, household cleaners)
- Jewelry that has been altered or repaired by a third-party jeweler
- Discoloration of rhodium plating due to normal wear
- Lost or stolen items - we recommend jewelry insurance for full protection
How to Make a Warranty Claim
We make the warranty process simple and hassle-free. Follow these steps and our dedicated care team will guide you through every stage.

Submit Photos & Details
Our team will ask you to provide clear photos of the item showing the issue, along with your proof of purchase (order confirmation email is sufficient).
Receive Return Authorization
If the issue is covered under warranty, we will issue a prepaid return shipping label and an RA (Return Authorization) number. Do not ship your item without an RA number.
Send Your Jewelry
Package your jewelry securely in its original box or a padded mailer. Include the RA number clearly marked on the package. Use the prepaid label to ship.
Assessment & Resolution
Once received, our master jewelers will assess your piece within 5-7 business days. You will be notified of the resolution - repair, replacement, or credit - via email.

Professional Maintenance
We recommend annual professional cleaning and inspection. Send your piece to us for complimentary ultrasonic cleaning and rhodium re-plating as needed.
Watch for Signs
If your ring snags on clothing, a stone appears loose or discolored, or the metal shows unusual wear, stop wearing it and contact us immediately for assessment.
