We want you to love your Vevessa jewelry. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, our hassle-free return and exchange policy makes it easy to find the perfect piece.
60-Day Return Policy
You have 60 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your purchase. We believe this gives you ample time to ensure your jewelry is the perfect fit and style for you. Free return shipping on all domestic orders.

Initiate Your Return
Visit our Returns portal or contact customer service at support@vevessa.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You will need your order number and the email address used for purchase.
Prepare Your Package
Place your item in its original Vevessa jewelry box and packaging. Include all certificates, documentation, and accessories. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the shipping box. Do not write 'jewelry' or 'Vevessa' on the exterior.
Ship Your Return
Use the prepaid return shipping label we provide. Drop off your package at the designated carrier location. We recommend keeping your drop-off receipt with the tracking number until your return is processed.
Inspection & Refund
Once we receive your return, our quality team will inspect the item within 2-3 business days. Upon approval, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation.
Exchange Process
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, metal, or style, we make the process simple and efficient.
- Size Exchanges: Need a different ring size? We offer one free resizing within 60 days of purchase. Contact us to initiate a size exchange. For exchanges to a different product, follow our standard return process and place a new order for your desired item. This ensures the fastest delivery of your new piece.
- Faster Exchange Tip: For the quickest exchange, we recommend placing a new order for the item you want and returning the original item for a refund. This way you will receive your new piece without waiting for the return to be processed.
- Price Differences: If the new item costs more than your original purchase, the difference will be charged to your payment method. If the new item costs less, the difference will be refunded.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect:
- Custom or personalized jewelry (engraved, custom-designed)
- Resized rings (unless there is a manufacturing defect)
- Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons, unless defective)
- Items returned without their original packaging and certificate
- Gift cards and e-gift certificates
- Final sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable
Refund Timeline
Step 1: Return Received
Once your package arrives at our returns center, it is logged into our system. You will receive a confirmation email that your return has been received.
Step 2: Inspection
Our quality assurance team inspects your returned item within 2-3 business days. You will be notified if there are any issues with your return.
Step 3: Refund Processed
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Bank processing may add 3-5 additional business days.
