Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will begin processing on the following business day. During peak seasons and promotional events, processing times may be extended by 1-2 additional business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

- Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for estimated fees before ordering.
- Restricted Destinations: Due to shipping carrier limitations and local regulations, we are unable to ship to certain countries. If your destination is not available at checkout, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order at any time on our website.

- Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to view real-time updates.
- Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
- If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Insurance & Signature Confirmation
All Vevessa shipments are fully insured against loss, theft, and damage during transit at no additional cost to you. For orders valued at $500 or more, an adult signature is required upon delivery to ensure your jewelry reaches you safely.
If you prefer not to sign for your package, please contact us before your order ships to waive the signature requirement. Please note that Vevessa is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery if the signature requirement has been waived.
