Orders & Shipping
To place an order, simply browse our collection, select your desired product, choose your preferred metal, stone, and size options, and click 'Add to Cart.' When you are ready to complete your purchase, click the cart icon and proceed to checkout. You will need to provide your shipping address, select a shipping method, and enter your payment details. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with your order number and details.
You can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting our customer service team immediately. After 1 hour, your order enters our production queue and cannot be changed. For custom or engraved items, changes are not possible once the production process has begun. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make adjustments.
We offer several shipping options. Free Standard Shipping takes 7-10 business days. Standard Shipping (USD 9.99) takes 5-7 business days. Express Shipping (USD 24.99) takes 2-3 business days. International shipping typically takes 10-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipment.
Yes, we ship to over 200 countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 60-day return policy on all items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging and documentation. Custom, engraved, and resized items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
To initiate a return, visit our Returns & Exchanges page or contact our customer service team at support@vevessa.com. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid return shipping label. Package your item securely in its original box, include the RMA number, and drop it off at the designated carrier location. Do not write 'jewelry' or 'Vevessa' on the exterior of the package for security purposes.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
Products & Materials
All Vevessa jewelry is crafted using premium materials. Our settings are made from 14K gold (white, yellow, rose), 18K gold, or 950 platinum. We use ethically sourced lab-grown diamonds, moissanite, and genuine gemstones including sapphires, emeralds, and rubies. Each piece comes with a certificate of authenticity detailing the materials and stone specifications.
Lab-grown diamonds are chemically, physically, and optically identical to mined diamonds — they are real diamonds created in a controlled laboratory environment. Moissanite is a naturally occurring silicon carbide mineral that is now primarily lab-created. While both are stunning, diamonds have a brilliance rating of 2.42, while moissanite has a higher brilliance of 2.65-2.69, giving it more fire and sparkle. Both are excellent choices for fine jewelry at a more accessible price point than mined diamonds.
Yes, we offer custom design services. You can work directly with our design team to create a one-of-a-kind piece tailored to your vision. The process typically takes 4-6 weeks from initial consultation to final delivery. Custom pieces require a 50% deposit to begin production. To maintain the beauty of your jewelry, we recommend removing it before swimming, exercising, showering, or applying lotions and perfumes. Clean your pieces regularly with warm water, mild soap, and a soft brush. Store each piece separately in the provided Vevessa jewelry box or a soft pouch to prevent scratches. We also offer complimentary cleaning and inspection services at our flagship location or by mail.
Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna for buy-now-pay-later options. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways to ensure your financial information remains protected.
Yes, we partner with Klarna to offer flexible payment options. You can choose to pay in 4 interest-free installments or apply for longer-term financing at checkout. To use Klarna, simply select it as your payment method during checkout and follow the prompts. Klarna performs a soft credit check that does not affect your credit score. Terms and conditions apply.
