Eligible - 60-Day Window
Items must be returned within 60 days from the date of delivery. The delivery date is determined by carrier tracking information.
Eligible - Original Condition
Jewelry must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition. All tags, certificates, and packaging must be included.
Eligible - Free Return Shipping
Returns from within the United States are always free. International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Not Eligible - Engraved Items
Personalized or engraved items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or error in the engraving.
Not Eligible - Final Sale Items
Items marked as 'Final Sale' or purchased with a discount of 50% or more are not eligible for return or exchange.
Not Eligible - Custom & Made-to-Order
Custom-designed pieces and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Initiate a Return
Our online return process is quick and straightforward. Follow the steps below to start your return.
Log In to Your Account
Visit vevessa.com and sign in to your account. Navigate to 'Order History' and select the order containing the item you wish to return. Click the 'Start Return' button.
Select Items & Reason
Choose the items you wish to return from the order and select a return reason. Your honest feedback helps us improve our products and service.
Print Return Label
Once your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email. Print the label and attach it securely to your package. Returns within the U.S. are always free.
Package Your Return
Place the unworn item in its original jewelry box and packaging. Include all certificates, appraisal documents, and accessories. Use a protective outer shipping box - do not ship in the jewelry box alone.
Drop Off or Schedule Pickup
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a free pickup. Keep your tracking number until your refund is processed.
Refund Processed
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 3-5 business days after delivery), your refund will be issued to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email.

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original purchase and place a new order. Your refund will be processed once we receive the returned item.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
We take full responsibility for items that arrive damaged or with manufacturing defects. Contact us immediately at care@vevessa.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a prepaid return and send a replacement at no cost to you.
How long does the return inspection take?
Once your return package is delivered to our facility, our quality assurance team typically completes the inspection within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email update once the inspection is complete.
Can I return an item after 60 days?
Returns received after the 60-day window may be accepted at our discretion and will be issued as store credit only. Contact our care team before shipping to confirm eligibility.
